NIXsolutions: Adobe Expands Firefly with New AI Tools

Adobe has announced the launch of a new version of its Firefly AI model for image generation, along with a vector graphics generation algorithm and an updated web application that unifies all of Adobe’s generative models—alongside several external neural networks. Developers are also actively working on a Firefly mobile application.

According to Adobe, the latest Firefly Image Model 4 offers higher-quality image generation, faster request processing, and more advanced content customization. It supports image generation at resolutions of up to 2K. A more powerful version, Image Model 4 Ultra, is also available. This version is capable of generating complex scenes with a high level of detail and many small structures.

NIX Solutions

A company representative shared that the updated AI models are designed for improved productivity and greater image detail. Text rendering on images has been significantly improved, and users can now generate multiple images in a consistent style based on a single reference.

Firefly’s AI model for creating vector graphics can generate editable vector illustrations and produce variations of logos, patterns, and more. These capabilities are integrated into the updated Firefly web app, where users can access all of Adobe’s new AI tools. In addition, the platform supports external models like OpenAI’s GPT image generator, Google’s Imagen 3 and Veo 2, and Flux’s Flux 1.1 Pro. Users can seamlessly switch between these algorithms within the app.

Video Generation, APIs, and Firefly Boards

Adobe has also made its Firefly AI video generator publicly available, noites NIXsolutions. This tool entered beta testing last year and can now create videos based on text or images. It includes options to adjust camera angles, set specific start and end frames, and customize animation styles. The model supports video generation in 1080p resolution.

The company introduced Firefly Boards, a new collaborative canvas designed for creativity and ideation. It allows users to generate or import images, perform edits, and collaborate in real time. Firefly Boards is accessible within the updated Firefly web application.

In addition, Adobe has opened access to its Text-to-Image and Avatar APIs and started beta testing for a Text-to-Video API. These services are part of the Firefly Services platform. We’ll keep you updated as more integrations become available.
